Niall Martin

Niall is a Madison native who attended American University in Washington, D.C., where he studied Political Science and minored in Cinema Studies, before returning home to Wisconsin. After college, he spent several years at Epic Systems as a software tester before deciding to pursue a career in law. He earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where his work in the Family Court Clinic sparked a genuine interest in family law. While in law school, he also served as Senior Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review and had a Comment published in the Review.

Since graduating, Niall has focused on family law, working with clients through some of the most personal and challenging periods of their lives. He takes pride in listening carefully, explaining things clearly, and helping people find a path forward. Niall is a member of the Dane County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin Family Law Section.

Outside of work, Niall stays busy at home with his wife, daughter, a dog, and two cats. He is a devoted Milwaukee Brewers fan and, when time allows, an avid moviegoer.
